Presenters will discuss the Property Tax Cap legislation, highlight common reporting errors and review reporting requirements. They will also demonstrate how to complete the tax cap form using OSC’s online reporting system.

Local governments and school districts can explore shared services and cooperative opportunities as a way to reduce or avoid costs, improve service delivery and maintain services. During this session you will learn about the benefits of and challenges to establishing cooperative ventures with local government partners, recommended practices and resources to assist you. In addition, we will review the County-Wide Shared Service Initiative that was originally included as part of the State Fiscal Year 2017-18 Enacted Budget.
