To notify the agency of the modification to Deduction Code 302.

Background

At the request of the Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers, Inc., effective paychecks dated January 24, 2007, the calculation routine for Deduction Code 302, PBA Disability Insurance, will be changed from a flat biweekly amount to .0074 of the enrollee’s gross earnings with a biweekly earnings cap of $3,846.15. The annual cap for this deduction will be $740.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the new Deduction Code 302.

The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes.
