|Chapter 73 of the Laws of 2000, which implements the 1999-2003 Agreement
for employees in the Security Supervisors Bargaining Unit (BU 61), provides
a minimum annual guarantee of $1,248.00 for Pre-Shift Briefing pay for
employees who occupied positions in the Unit during Fiscal Year 2004-2005.
For employees who do not have a full fiscal year in Bargaining Unit 31

as in their Bargaining Unit 61 contract and should be paid accordingly.

The Pre-Shift Briefing amount (PS2) they were actually

- Using the amount identified on the report, subtract any amount that
was paid in 2004-2005, but was earned in Fiscal Year 2003-2004 and

in 2004-2005. If necessary, contact the employee’s previous
agency to confirm the Pre-Shift Briefing amount received.
