To provide Agencies with Uniform Allowance eligibility information for NYSCOPBA employees on Union Leave.

Background
Pursuant to Arbitration Award GOER # 2001-01-4776 dated 11/05/02, employees in the Security Services Unit (BU 01) who are on Union Leave but who otherwise meet the Uniform Allowance eligibility, are eligible for the 2002 and/or 2003 Uniform Allowance payment.
