Purpose

This bulletin provides a revised Miscellaneous Transaction File Layout for agencies who produce miscellaneous payment transactions. The attached revised layout provides a new record length of 125 bytes, which includes a ‘Comments’ field of 50 bytes.

This change is effective with the submission of Institution 17L and Administration 17L effective November 18 and November 25 respectively. PaySR will accept the original 75 bytes file or the new 125 bytes file.
