Payroll Liaison

Welcome to the Bureau of State Payroll Services’ Payroll Liaison webpage! The Payroll Liaison position was created to help foster better communication between OSC’s Bureau of State Payroll Services and users of the New York State Payroll System.

When issues occur, the Payroll Liaison will work with all parties to determine a course of action to best resolve the situation. The Liaison will also research answers to questions posed by the payroll community, including those raised at Payroll Users Group meetings and those asked through direct communication with the Bureau.

These answers will be published here on the Payroll Liaison webpage, along with Payroll Users Group meeting archives and links to Livestream recordings of prior meetings.

The Payroll Liaison will use surveys embedded here to help the Bureau of State Payroll Services better understand the concerns of the payroll community. This will also be an opportunity for users of the NYS Payroll System to let us know what we are doing well! Survey results will be posted here and updated regularly.
