W-2 Reprint Page
The Form W-2 reprint functionality is now available for agency users to view and print 2011 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements that have been lost or destroyed. This functionality will be available until December 2012 and can be used only for Form W-2s issued for tax year 2011. For more information please refer to Payroll Bulletin No. 1132 (Automated Process for Reissued 2011 W-2 Wage & Tax Statement).
Beginner PayServ Training
Beginner PayServ training is offered monthly. The one-day session is held at OSC from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is limited to 14 students. Participants will gain hands-on experience working in the training database with realistic but not real data. Some of the topics covered at the session include:
- Enter a New Hire
- Enter a Pay Rate Change
- Enter a Position Change

Online Training Sessions
