Welcome Message

I am pleased to welcome you to the Office of the State Comptroller’s Local Government Leadership Institute. One of my priorities as State Comptroller is to strengthen our partnership with local governments. As part of that effort, the Institute will provide local government officials with the opportunity to engage each other, as well as staff members from the Office of the State Comptroller, on issues of mutual interest. In seeking to enhance government efficiency, the Institute will also serve as a venue to foster collaboration and reinforce key leadership principles. I invite you to keep up to date on the progress of the Institute as we seek to enhance the dialogue across local government boundaries.
