Health Science Center at Syracuse: Y2K Compliance

The Health Science Center at Syracuse uses an automated information system to support many of its activities. In addition, many of the Center's medical devices rely on embedded computer programming. We conducted a review to assess whether the Center appears to be taking the necessary steps to address year 2000 problems for this automated system and embedded computer programming. The results of our review show that the Center is taking many of the steps necessary to address these problems.
