Implementation of the Governmental Accountability, Audit and Internal Control Act of 1987 (Follow-Up Review)

The Governmental Accountability, Audit and Internal Control Act of 1987 requires State agencies to establish a system of internal controls and a program of internal control review. In our prior audit report 95-S-5, we found that certain improvements could be made in the Department's internal control system. In our follow-up review, we found that some of these improvements have been made.
