The Facilities Development Corporation, acting on behalf of the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, leased a building in Schuylerville for the operation of a day treatment program. As part of the lease, the landlord was required to alter the building so that it was suitable for the program. The landlord could be reimbursed for the cost of these alterations up to $327,119. The landlord claimed $327,119 in reimbursable alteration expenses and we verified that these expenses were incurred in altering the building. 95-R-10
