During the 1991-92 through 1993-94 academic years, the College certified $5.1 million in TAP and STAP awards. We determined that the College had effective procedures and practices for certifying students as eligible for these awards. Since the few certification errors that we identified were corrected by College officials, we did not recommend any disallowance in the awards. 95-T-7
