Use of State Funding for Research into Emerging Technologies at the State University of New York at Albany: Life Sciences

The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) designs and oversees construction projects for the State University of New York (SUNY). We examined whether SUCF and SUNY spent $57.6 million in State funding provided for life sciences research at the State University of New York at Albany in accordance with the terms and conditions of the funding. We found that the funding was spent as intended to design, construct and equip a building that is used for life sciences research at the University.
