The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation (CCOC) uses concession revenue contracts to provide certain services at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. We reviewed CCOC’s monitoring of the two largest contracts, which accounted for 95 percent of its contract revenue, and found that, in general, CCOC is effectively monitoring the contracts.
