Recycling Program

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is required to comply with certain recycling requirements specified in State law and Executive Order 4, which was issued in April 2008. We found that the Office was not in compliance with these requirements, as it had yet to establish an organization-wide recycling program and was not fully meeting certain recycling reporting requirements. We recommended that the Office fully comply with all applicable recycling requirements.
