Higher Education Services Corporation - Tuition Assistance Program

Manhattan School of Computer Technology

During the 2002-2003 through 2004-2005 academic years, Manhattan School of Computer Technology certified $1.4 million in Tuition Assistance Program awards. We disallowed $13,025 of these awards because students were incorrectly certified as eligible for the awards. Specifically, some students received awards even though they did not meet matriculation requirements (i.e., they did not have an appropriate high school diploma or its equivalent).
