Contract with Applied Technology Corporation

The contractor was expected to reconstruct certain streets and build a pedestrian bridge in the Town of Cheektowaga in Erie County. We audited the contractor’s performance and found that the contractor completed all required work within the established time frames and in accordance with the contract specifications. We also reviewed a sample of payments to the contractor and found that the payments were supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.
