Lincoln Correctional Facility: Selected Payroll Practices We examined controls over selected payroll practices at Lincoln Correctional Facility and found that certain improvements were needed. For example, time cards were not always submitted on time, medical documentation relating to workers’ compensation claims was sometimes missing, and calculations for workers’ compensation and military leave benefits were sometimes inaccurate.
