Background

Council 82 has requested a new deduction code for Colonial-Paul Revere Insurance Company for Voluntary Group Life Insurance.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the Deduction Code 537.

The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes on a weekly basis. Agency update is not available for this deduction.
