Purpose

To inform agencies of changes to the Additional Pay page.

Affected Employees

All employees who have transactions entered on the Additional Pay page.

Background

New functionality has been added to the Additional Pay Component in PayServ. When earnings are entered on the Additional Pay page, depending on the Earnings Code being used, the system will either update the "OK to Pay" check box when the Earnings Code is selected or the "OK to Pay" check box will remain grayed out and unclicked until further action is taken by OSC.

No action related to the "OK to Pay" check box is required by the agency.
